Trailside Pad with the Perfect LayoutMove-In Ready Plano Parkside PalaceA Renovated Beauty With a Dream Backyard

Each year, The Trust for Public Land maps park access across 14,000 cities and neighborhoods around the country. They rank these areas in an annual ParkScore index based on access, investment, acreage, amenities, and equity. In last year’s index, the organization found that Plano placed 15th in the entire country.

It’s no surprise that Plano has one of the country’s most coveted park programs. With an abundance of green space and a park department that would make Leslie Knope weak in the knees, this is one suburb that truly honors the outdoors.

This North Texas community features an entire matrix of creeks, water parks, playgrounds, and gyms. The Bluebonnet Trail and Chisholm Trail cut right through the city. This Sunday, we’re super excited to show some homes that are for sale along the path.

Trailside Pad with the Perfect Layout

Address: 3200 San Simeon Way, Plano

  • 4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths
  • 2,984 square feet
  • $599,900

First up is a beautiful Bavarian-style beauty with incredible curb appeal and tons of space inside.

“One of my favorite things about this home is that it’s just off the Chisholm Trail,” says Carver Bennet of Dream Team Leasing and Realty. “I actually live in the area myself. This is an incredible place for families to gather, get great exercise, and connect with nature. It’s nice and shaded in the summer and just beautiful in the fall.”

The home also features a rarity among others in the area.

“With four bedrooms and four bathrooms,” says Carver. “This house has a super desirable floorplan that is hard to find in this neighborhood. Also, I love the extra living space that this home offers.”

Carver Bennett of Dream Team Leasing and Realty has listed 3200 San Simeon for $599,900.

Move-In Ready Plano Parkside Palace

For those looking to double down on suburban aesthetics, this classic Americana marvel is turn-key and two minutes from the park.

“The home has been completely updated,” says listing agent Michael Gaule. “From floor to ceiling, the renovations were made with a lot of care and it’s completely move-in ready. Also, the home has great curb appeal.”

As for the neighborhood, Michael is equally as excited. This home sits just a short walk from some incredible parks and suburban amenities.

“It’s a great area with excellent schools, parks, and walking trails. In fact, this is the perfect neighborhood if you’re looking to raise a family.”

Michael Gaule of RE/MAX Select has listed 3241 Portside Lame for $499,900.

A Renovated Beauty With a Dream Backyard

Address: 5013 Crooked Ln, Plano

  • 2,028 square feet

Speaking of move-in ready masterpieces, this home exudes immaculate style and still has that new home scent. Here, function meets charm just two streets from Chisholm Trail.

“They renovated Chisholm Trail five to seven years ago,” says listing agent Ken Phuong. “The parks, trail, and all the stops along the way are incredible outdoor spaces, perfect for families. What I really like about this home, is the backyard. For those that love to connect with nature, this home really presents that opportunity with tons of outdoor space, an oversized covered patio, and pave ways throughout, including a path to an incredible fire pit area.”

Ken Phuong of Avignon Realty has listed 5013 Crooked Lane for $545,000. It’s now pending sale.
