“Congratulations! You have been named America’s Best for 2022.” Imagine waking to a video in your inbox from your company CEO that began with those words. That’s how the day started Wednesday for 29 individuals and 34 groups within the Ebby Halliday Companies.
These agents from EHC’s three real estate divisions — Ebby Halliday Realtors, Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, and Williams Trew — were recognized in the 2022 Real Trends and Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals, announced Wednesday. The annual report published by Real Trends is a state-by-state ranking of top agents in the country by volume sold and total transactions in 2021. These agents ranked among the top 1.5 percent of 1.6 million total real estate professionals in the United States
The CEO of Ebby Halliday Companies Chris Kelly offered his sincere congratulations and gratitude for a job well done.
“This isn’t a popularity contest,” Kelly told recipients. “This is all about the agents who truly serve their clients and do more business than anyone else. And that is all of you. Malinda Howell, Senior Vice President of Brokerage for the Ebby Halliday Companies, emphasized the timing of the feat.
“It’s important to remember that this latest America’s Best ranking was based on 2021 sales figures — and 2021 was another unprecedented year in real estate,” Howell says. “While this ranking is impressive in any market, it’s even more impressive given all of the additional pivots required to successfully guide a client to the finish line last year. We could not be more proud of each and every one of these amazing agents.”
Carolyn Rosson, Senior Vice President of Brokerage for the Ebby Halliday Companies, added her admiration.
