As a golfer, I love The Tribute. This is a fantastic golf community that has a wonderful clubhouse and a gorgeous course. If you’re not familiar, The Tribute’s golf course is modeled after links-style Scottish courses that make you focus on your ball-placement and short game. It’s challenging and beautiful.
And the homes here are no slouch either. In fact, they’re a complete value, and the perfect example is 8325 Lindsay Gardens inside The Gardens subdivision within The Tribute. This home is perfect for an active family, and this subdivision is in a wonderful location — just off of Lake Lewisville. The schools inside The Colony (Little Elm ISD) are good, and this community is surprisingly close-knit for a newer development.
Built in 2007, this home has some fantastic finish-out, including stone and brick fireplaces, high-end appliances, and an open floorplan. This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home with more than 2,400 square feet is listed by David Maez of Vivo Realty for $315,000. You get hand-scraped hardwood floors, plantation shutters, granite counters in the kitchen and baths, and a bonus room that is perfect for a game room or extra bedroom. You’ll love the convenience of this zero-lot-line home, in that it has all the space indoors, including a downstairs master suite, with very little of the maintenance.
Speaking of the master suite, it is a fantastic size at 18 x 14, with a lovely window seat. Tons of windows, too, which is perfect for those of us who aren’t truly awake until we see the first few gleams of daylight. The entire home sports fresh, neutral paint, too, which is perfect for those of us who would just rather move in and not have a long list of projects.
The master bath looks absolutely brand new, with an oversized jetted tub and framed glass shower stall, as well as an expansive double vanity and tons of storage.
Of course, the backyard is small — typical for zero-lot-line homes — but considering the many amenities you get with your annual $1,200 HOA fee, you’re going to be walking the kiddos to the park, taking them to the pool, or just hanging out in this wonderful family-friendly subdivision.
