This little duplex over on Harvest Hill is a freaking stunner. Also, it’s not so little. It’s just over 2,000 square feet and it’s been updated all over the place.

There are so many incredible callouts that it’s hard to know where to start.

Seriously.

Such as the backyard.

Obviously, it’s incredible, you can tell from the pictures, but Dave Perry-Miller’s Dave Millheiser said at night it’s even better.

The owners pulled up all the original terracotta stone, leveled the backyard, and relaid the killer hexagonal tiles. They added a fountain, crushed granite, and touched up the privacy fence. It’s such a stunning oasis and the best part? Super low maintenance.

Millheiser said this home is truly a little jewel box.

There are shades of green in every room and as agents, we all know it’s a neutral man’s world and we’re just living in it. BUT, Millheiser said every room has its own personality and character.

It’s just SO well done. Like that’s me, Nikki Barringer, talking. I just love this one. Millheiser and I BOTH agreed, it’s just so special.

I mean, hello, that kitchen.

The green cabinets are LOVELY. And the fact that they found the perfect quartzite countertop to complement it. It’s a freaking swoon party over here. The countertops go on seemingly for miles, too. Plenty of prep room, eat-in space, or just a nice long space to stack up the mail that you’re going to get to … eventually.

And the backsplash? Hearts and stars, y’all, hearts and STARS. The GE Café glass-front appliances were also selected on purpose. They’re so chic and modern and literally, have you ever seen a sleeker vented hood?!

The bathrooms were already updated when the owners moved in, and the walls are covered in dry stacked stone and wood plank tile. It’s a big look, but one that creates a total spa feel. You don’t even have to hang art, either, because your entire walls are art. Hey now.

One final little callout before we head out … the tile used on the wall in the primary bathroom is repeated in the dining room to create wainscotting. Just one more cohesive feature that ties this home together.

Millheiser, and his wife Peggy, have 4217 Harvest Hill Road listed for $385,000.
