The founder and owner of Dallas-based St. Bernard Sports is downsizing from his gorgeous Wilson Fuqua-designed home in Bluffview and Highland Park Market Estate Sales is helping sell the family’s beautiful collection of home furniture and decor they describe as “nothing short of WOW!”

The home at 4704 Wildwood, listed for $3.095 million by LeeLee Gioia of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, is a specimen in great taste. Noted architect Wilson Fuqua is responsible for the undeniable Hill Country influence felt throughout this extraordinary Bluffview home. Nestled on a spacious, heavily treed lot, the home affords a generous 5,415 square feet with a bonus 600-square-foot guest cottage and 3-car-garage.

It was extensively remodeled in 2005 and boasts a Bulthaup kitchen, handsome library, four fireplaces, plus a number of porches and decks to enjoy the scenery. Walls of windows and bleached white oak floors are among the high notes. The master is decked to the nines with separate closets, an office-workout room, and private deck.

If you love the home, you’ll probably love what’s inside. Highland Park Market is hosting an estate sale this weekend with “everything you could possibly imagine. The homeowners have just right-sized to their new Highland Park home. They own a beloved chain of Texas sportswear, sporting goods & athletic wear stores and you can see their classic style throughout,” according to the listing. P.S. On Sunday everything that’s left is 50 percent off the tagged price.

We’ve selected a few of our favorites and most unique pieces here. Unfortunately, we don’t have prices for most and can’t guarantee whether someone’s already snatched it up, so you’ll have to attend the sale in person. But that’s all part of the treasure hunt. Here we go:

In need of a little TLC, here’s a pair of Bielecky Stick Wicker Rattan President Lounge Chairs. I found a similar pair of chairs in excellent condition on 1stDibs.com for $5,500. They’re named President Lounge Chairs for their use on presidential yachts in the early 20th century. Franklin D. Roosevelt had this type of furniture aboard the USS Potomac, nicknamed the “Floating White House” in the late 1930s. Bielecky Brothers New York designed the beautiful but functional pieces of art made with stick wicker, cane, and rattan with wide arms, drink holder, and magazine storage.

Absolutely in love with this stained glass two-panel window that’s set atop a midcentury modern buffet. The glass is particularly striking for its bold geometric patterns and colors which lend itself to a primitive art deco style, but it’s hard to tell definitively.

Flanking the MCM wood buffet with tapered peg legs are a pair of numbered David Gerstein flower sculptures. Gerstein is an Israeli painter and sculptor whose post-pop art style is characterized by bold-colored, multilayered cutout steel.
