These Homes Prove Lucas is The Place to Live Large

Lucas may be known for its charming small-town feel, but it’s also garnered a reputation for larger-than-life lots, huge homes, and tons of room to roam. With easy access to both Highway 75 and 78 in Wylie, this town just east of Allen is accessible to anywhere in the Metroplex. There’s also an array of parks, restaurants, and incredible schools in the city itself.

“I would say this is a special forever home,” says listing agent Wendy Holcomb with Fathom Realty. “It’s a sprawling estate that spans over two groomed acres. “Lucas has a lot of nice homes and a lot of big homes,” said listing agent Matthew Rice with The Trophy Group. “But the lots often leave a lot to be desired.
