Little Elm is known as one of the oldest towns in Denton County, but most of its residents and infrastructure arrived only in the past decade. In the year 2000, Little Elm had a population of 3,600. Ten years later, Little Elm had 26,000 residents. And nowadays, put that number at 46,000 residents living in one of the fastest-growing cities in north Texas. Here are three great homes we found in Little Elm that show lakeside living can be quite affordable.
