For the fifth consecutive year, Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate was named one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the nation, according to Inc. 5000.

Owner and CEO Rogers Healy said RHA has nearly tripled in size over the last year, which allowed them to break into markets they never touched before. Sections of East Dallas, South Dallas, and rural Texas are now owned by RHA.

“We are a brokerage for everyone,” Healy told Daltxrealestate.com. “We help people find their first apartment, their ‘starter home’, and we work with multi-million dollar buyers and sellers. There is no limit and no exceptions for who we work with and that is how we have maintained success.”

RHA was the only Texas-based, full-service real estate firm on the list and climbed 1,896 spots since the 2021 ranking when it came in at No. 3,049. RHA recorded a 177 percent growth in revenue from 2021 to 2022.

The brokerage also has plans to expand its office space this fall, to over 40,000 square feet. RHA continues to work towards being the preferred agency for all things real estate.

RHA joined the ranks of successful businesses in America, such as Microsoft, Under Armour, and Patagonia gaining their first national exposure on the Inc. 5000 list.

“Getting to see the growth of RHA over the years has been so incredibly rewarding,” Healy said in a press release. “It’s not just the revenue and production of the company that makes me proud, it is the growth in the amazing people I have been able to witness firsthand.”

Moving forward, Healy said the company is focused on its Land and Lake division of RHA. This will allow them to hire agents and work with clients as far as El Paso and Corpus Christi, expanding its reach far beyond Dallas.
