Realtors on the Runway: Stage the Listing, Style the Agent!

Allie-Coosh-Paulette

We at daltxrealestate.com are tickeled PINK that tomorrow is the BIG DAY for Realtors on the Runway!

Wednesday afternoon, Allie-Coosh founder Paulette Martsolf will dress five legendary Dallas Realtors —  Allie Beth Allman’s Doris Jacobs, Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s Joan Eleazer, Dave Perry-Miller’s Karen Fry, Virginia Cook’s Shelby Fuqua, and Ebby Halliday’s Kelly Logsdon Rush for a fashion show you’ll never forget! Then they will strut their stuff among a bevy of professional models, all to show agents how they can look their best (without spending a fortune) in the hottest real estate market ever.

Even better, all that prettiness will benefit one of our favorite charities, Dwell With Dignity,  not-for-profit that tackles poverty by transforming ordinary shelters into warm family homes. Because all of us in Real Estate want to see a home for every child. RSVP now to make sure you get a spot near the catwalk to ogle the newest from Martsolf’s everyday collection, plus her line of leather handbags which can hold a measuring tape, contract and five smart phones. Vino and bites will be served, and there will be a complimentary valet to keep you from circling Snider Plaza for the perfect parking spot.

We are super proud to huddle with two other great sponsors on this event,  Wallick & Volk Mortgage Bankers, and LegacyTexas Title,

We all know that buying a house would be impossible without a mortgage banker. Wallick & Volk is the oldest private mortgage banker in the United States, and has been in the mortgage lending industry since 1932, which is about the time that mortgage lending became available.  Recently, Wallick & Volk partnered with 20 year mortgage industry veterans Bob and Jennifer Johnson to bring the brand into Texas. W&V, as we call them, now has lending locations in Addison, San Antonio, Waco, Victoria & College Station. And you will be hearing way more about them as Bob adds offices and the very best mortgage advisors throughout DFW, Austin, Houston  and San Antonio.

Senior mortgage advisor and industry veteran Bob Johnson has provided more than 5 billion in financing to more than 25,000 families. His wife, Jennifer Johnson, has led marketing strategies to help Bob and Jennifer’s Realtor partners facilitate more transactions.

Speaking of partners, LegacyTexas Title completes the home purchase cycle for agents, lenders AND buyers. Now with CFPB coming down the pike, it is more important than ever for agents to lead buyers to a title company that can finish up the home buying process smoothly, efficiently and, after October 3, correctly.

“We like to partner with agents and buyers to insure that the end game is a successful closing,” says Devin Rambie, LegacyTexas Title’s Director of Development. “Legacy has been working for more than two years to ensure that our clients’ transition to CFPB is as painless as possible.”

LegacyTexas Title has also coordinated with major national underwriters to provide targeted CFPB educational events at local brokerages throughout North Texas.

“We have culled the most important nuggets of this new consumer legislation,” says Devin. “We are giving agents the “need to know” points without making it too overwhelming. Because when it comes to reading the fine print, that’s our job. And the legislation is still evolving, so we keep abreast of it daily to keep our agents prepared.”

Need a tutorial on CFPB? Contact Devin Rambie at LegacyTexas Title, and stay tuned to daltxrealestate.com for more.

Allie-Coosh is an upscale women’s boutique in Snider Plaza specializing in apparel, handbags and jewelry. Inspired by her Newfoundland roots, design studies abroad and global travels, owner Paulette Martsolf created the Allie-Coosh designer label. Her clothing collection consists of exotic fabrics as well as a signature fabric in a variety of styles and colors. The showroom floor silhouettes trend toward every day and special occasion wear, which is well received by the refined woman with a stylish edge, particularly Realtors. Paulette’s jewelry line is hand-crafted from natural elements such as amber, ivory, dinosaur bone and pyrite. In 2015 Paulette launched AC Couture Studios which specializes in couture bridal and evening wear. In 2015, Paulette began a collection of hand crafted leather hand bags crafted with mink, springbok and other exotic textiles.  She and the seasoned Allie-Coosh staff are beloved by the Dallas Real estate community as they customize fabric, color and designs for their clientele at 6726 Snider Plaza, Dallas, TX.
