RE/MAX DFW Associate Associates has acquired RE/Max Premier Properties, a Collin County-based group consisting of 23 veteran agents. Together they have been in real estate an average of 21 years. Even the greenest associate boasts six years of industry experience.
“They’re very strong, self-sufficient agents that are very established in Collin County,” brokerage owner Mark Wolfe said. “You couldn’t ask for a better group of people. It’s just really a very exciting situation for us.”
Locations Merge As Well

News of the acquisition comes on the heels of the announcement that RE/MAX DFW Associates will also be merging its Plano and Frisco offices into one location located near Frisco’s Star Development.
The newly combined locale will be known as the Frisco Starwood office and will feature around 125 agents focusing primarily on the Collin County market. Wolfe says he is excited about his new office where on one side he can see the Dallas Cowboys headquarters and on the other he can see all of the burgeoning development springing up along the Dallas North Tollway.
“This is an extremely upscale shopping center. I would compare it to Highland Park Village,” he said. “As nice as Frisco is, this is probably the nicest shopping center in Frisco by far.
The Frisco Starwood office is slated to open on January 15, 2021.
Impeccable Timing
RE/MAX DFW Associates brokerage has approximately 325 agents with offices in Coppell, Flower Mound, Willow Bend and Dallas. Wolfe says that adding the Premier Properties group to his team was something he had been eyeing for a while. When the timing was finally right it serendipitously coincided with the Starwood office announcement.
Despite the challenges associated with COVID-19, business has been strong for most of the brokerage’s agents. After a drop-off in March and April, things picked back up in May and have been going strong ever since.
“It’s been phenomenal,” Wolfe says. “Although it’s now September, it seems like we’re still in spring right now. I expected the rest of the year to be strong as well.”
