What’s In Your Neighborhood?Making The Grade

Kentucky

There’s nothing spooky about six bedrooms and five and one-half bathrooms in a massive Plano abode in the Frisco school district.

So what’s this got to do with Halloween?

Well, it’s tricky – and this home offers plenty of treats.

Let’s explore of a few of them, shall we?

The home has 5,013 square feet with a 560-gallon live aquarium, and a Riverbend Sandler backyard pool oasis with rock and palm tree poolscape. A three-car garage and an outdoor kitchen are just a few of the special treats at this Deerfield North location built in 2006.

What’s In Your Neighborhood?

The bag of treats still has more surprises. The home – which leases for $6,500 per month – is just two minutes from Legacy West shops and dining.

The neighborhood is zoned for Frisco ISD, which consistently meets Texas Education Agency standards.

Making The Grade

Students in kindergarten through fifth grade will attend Riddle Elementary School, which scored an A overall and in each individual category, according to txschools.gov. Fowler Middle School also picked up A’s across the board.

Lebanon Trail High School did not fare quite as well, taking home a report card of all B’s, and a C in student achievement.
