When a home is being built, the excellence of the construction won’t matter if all the home buyer can see is a dirty, disorganized site. Enter Eagle Cleanup, a Dallas-area junk removal business that has been clearing out spaces and decluttering lives for over 38 years.

“If you’re a home builder building a house for a client, your clients probably won’t notice that you’ve framed the ceiling perfectly or made a mistake from a builder’s perspective. What they will notice is whether the job site is clean and organized,” Eagle Cleanup owner Michael Black said.

Construction and Residential Services

When Eagle Cleanup started in the 1980’s, its focus was on clearing construction sites. Whether removing debris during construction or post-construction, there is no better advertisement for your house than a clean site. Not to mention, you’re bound to see better work from subcontractors when they’re working in an organized, safe space.

Since Black bought the company about two and a half years ago, services have expanded into the residential space to include clearing anything from a cluttered garage to an old swing set in the backyard.

Yep, that means Eagle Cleanup will take care of that attic that you’ve been dreading setting foot in, that shed that you really don’t want to go anywhere near, and that broken down trampoline that you don’t know what to do with. You name it – if it’s messy and giving you a headache, chances are Eagle Cleanup can take care of it for you.

All you have to do is call for a quote (which is based on how much material there is to haul) and let the pros take care of the rest. Whether you are in the heart of the city or beyond, Eagle Cleanup operates in the Dallas Fort Worth area from the city to the ‘burbs.

The Close-Knit Company Culture

Black said that he first became acquainted with Eagle Cleanup years ago through his work as a home builder. He got to know the guys that worked there and when the previous owner decided to sell, Black was interested for several reasons.

“About two and half years ago, I started to consider buying Eagle Cleanup because it’s such a necessary component of construction and encompasses what I love about building,” Black said. “But what it really came down to was the culture of the company. I loved it, I loved the people, and ultimately that’s why I bought it.”

Black said that many of Eagle Cleanup’s employees have worked there for 10 or even 20 years. Because of its family-like culture, it’s been important to him to maintain this culture as the new owner.
