Procrastinators beware: Ornaments and trees are in short supply this year.

By now we’ve all heard about supply chain issues—including a shortage of Christmas trees. If you haven’t already got yours, act fast. According to the American Christmas Tree Association (and yes, there really is such an organization), this is not the year to leave it to the last minute.

What’s the problem? For starters, inclement weather in the Pacific Northwest impacted the number of trees available. And last February’s North Texas freeze only exacerbated the issue.

Don’t wait on those ornaments, either. They’re also in high demand. Instead of settling for what’s left at the corner CVS, we’ve done the legwork for you. Here, our picks of the season’s best.

Tiffany Blue®

Add a touch of Tiffany’s trademarked blue to your tree with this trio of super chic crystal glass ornaments.

Glitterville POP! Macaroons

Glitterville’s beautifully boxed hand painted rainbow macaroon ornaments will glam up any tree. The brand’s holiday-on-steroids pop-up on Lovers Lane is open through December 26th.

#FreeBritney

After a tumultuous year, America’s Pop Princess is being commemorated with her very own glass ornament. We especially love the furry pink scrunchies.

Dr. Fauchi

Britney’s not the only one who’s had quite a year. We all might feel just a bit safer knowing the king of infectious disease control is in the house.

Holiday Goodies

Cody Foster’s food-inspired ornaments are fun and festive—think Marshmallow Fluff, Everything Bagels, even Matzo Ball Soup.

Cheers!

Toast the holidays with Sur La Table’s cocktail-inspired ornaments. We’ll drink to that.

Go Wild

We’re wild about Ardmore’s one-of-a-kind handcrafted safari-style ornaments. These and other of the company’s ceramics and luxury textiles will be available at Element’s upcoming trunk show, December 8th and 9th.

Best in Show

Choose from an assortment of hand knit puppy ornaments including terriers, poodles, chihuahuas, and more.

Dressed To Thrill

This lovely lady is dressed to the nines—just what you’d expect from fashion mecca Neiman Marcus. Feathers and glitter? Yes, please.

Works of Art

Where else but the MoMA design store would we find hand-chiseled Columbian Urapán wood ornaments? This set represents important women throughout history: Jane Goodall, Rosie the Riveter, Rosa Parks, and Amelia Earhart. Other collections include Modern Artists, Trailblazers, and Peacemakers.

Holiday Glow

Want an ornament guaranteed to outshine the rest? This stunner sports 500 diamonds (three of them one carat each) and 188 rubies. It comes with an equally stunning price tag: $136,000.
