“I bought this as a shell and I could do anything with it that I wanted to — I could create a traditional home, transitional home, contemporary,” said John. “The one thing that really finalized the purchase decision for me was the view — Dallas is a very beautiful city.” 

The Easts originally built out a two-bedroom unit, but after less than a year, knew they needed more space and bought the unit next door.  

“We went through the process of working with TriArc to connect the two units, so [now] we have two additional bedrooms, two additional bathrooms, a media room, a yoga studio, another balcony, and sitting room,” said Jessica. 

The Easts’ story is a great example of the desirability of the Residences at the Stoneleigh, which had the flexibility to help them create their dream home in one of the city’s most exciting newer properties.
