Hold my green beer. For this week’s Suburb Sunday, we’re toasting you a happy St. Patrick’s Day with homes in the Erath County town of Dublin, known as the official Irish Capital of Texas. It’s also the former home of the last Dr. Pepper bottling plant that used real Imperial cane sugar, a variety of Dr. Pepper that earned nearly bootleg status. Dublin is a town full of history and character, and these three home are no exception. This week’s Suburb Sunday is an especially eclectic one with a Folk Victorian, a 1930s Tudor, and a 1960s Spanish Ranch house sitting on an amazing 700+ acres.
