If one thing is for sure, 2020 is going to be a bit of an adjustment for the Dallas real estate industry, with tastes changing, markets adjusting, and prices plateauing said our fearless leader, Candy Evans, on KXAS (Channel 5) yesterday. 

More and more homes on the market are moving away from the sterile white box aesthetic and more towards traditional design, with a return to rich wood tones and expert craftsmanship in luxury properties. However, contemporary design is here to stay, too.
