Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty Heads North, Opens Plano Office

After their expansion west to Fort Worth, and east to Lakewood, where else will Briggs Freeman International Realty go? North to Plano and Two Billion Dollar Mile, where they will christen a new office in the Shops of Legacy Tuesday afternoon.

We know that two of the fastest-growing American cities by percentage, Plano and Frisco, are north of Dallas and residential sales north of LBJ are actually faster than they are SOUTH of LBJ. Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty has opened a new office located at the Shops at Legacy with a team of 20 neighborhood experts serving North Texas neighborhoods.

The office will be managed by John Maluso.

According to Robbie Briggs, “the stars have aligned over North Texas.” No kidding!

“Between corporate relocations, substantial developments, and even The Cowboys, everything is working in harmony as North Texas continues its trajectory to greatness – and there is no limit in sight,” says Robbie. “That is why we couldn’t be more excited to open the Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Office at the Shops at Legacy.”

Liberty Mutual, Toyota and JP Morgan Chase are just a few of the leading corporations that have decided to make North Texas home. These and other businesses have contributed to major investments in the area, like the $2 billion Legacy West. Once completed, Legacy West’s daytime population will include 13,000 employees with an annual payroll projected at $1.3 billion. Those employees will all need homes.

“As I describe the tremendous growth occurring, I realize one important thing that makes it so unique: North Texas is growing gracefully. Amid the rapid growth, the community is keeping pace,” says Robbie.

The extraordinary schools in this region have contributed to the extreme growth.

With enrollment numbers continuing to grow, the outstanding Frisco Independent School District plans to open four new high schools within four years to serve families relocating to North Texas. As a measure to uphold quality in the face of demand, Frisco ISD is paying a starting salary $10,000 above the state’s average for new certified teachers

“This is clearly an area that was destined for greatness – and greatness looks good on North Texas,” says Robbie.
