Breaking: Hall Arts Residences Retains Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s to Market City’s Newest Luxury High Rise Homes

The city’s newest luxury tower is set to open early next year, smack in the heart of the Dallas Arts District.

What perfect timing: Museum Tower is virtually sold out, and The Stoneleigh Residences are getting there, too, at more than 85% sold. So the timing could not be better for the finish out of Craig Hall’s HALL Arts Residences. At a glance:

  •         Architect: HKS Inc.; interior design: Emily Summers Design Associates
  •         Average home size 3,800 square feet.
  •         Designed for privacy and security, only one to two homes per floor
  •        Architectural design complements the Pritzker Prize-winning architecture of DAD
  •         Premium on comfort & health, 24/7 valet, private car service and on-site concierge team
  •         Priority access to luxury HALL Arts Hotel

Just moments ago, HALL Group announced that Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty will assist with home sales at the exclusive, 28-story luxury residential high rise in much the same way the Dallas-based firm sold out Museum Tower. The partnership begins in October.

“I have always admired Robbie Briggs and the team he has built, and we are looking forward to having them on board to drive new sales at HALL Arts Residences,” said Craig Hall, Founder and Chairman of HALL Group. “Their local expertise, coupled with the global reach of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, make them a great partner for our team as sales interest continues to grow.”

Designed to offer a blend of art and living, or maybe just living with art, HALL Arts Residences features an exclusive collection of up to 48 homes, all crafted to provide breathtaking views of the city in residences that range from 1,600 square feet to the more-than-10,000-square-foot penthouse. An infinity edge pool will make it look like you are swimming laps over the Winspear. Interiors will be works of art themselves utilizing white oak, limestone, marble and quartz: Bulthaup kitchens, Gaggenau appliances and wine coolers and all Dornbracht fixtures. A 17,000-square-foot amenity level will include outdoor terraces, a resort-style pool, a wine room for entertaining with climate-controlled wine storage, additional indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces, full catering kitchen, private dog park and grooming station, even a putting green.

“You can have 30 people for a dinner party,” says Craig Hall, ” and look down over the opera.”

The exclusive high-rise topped out construction in May 2019 and, as of this fall, has reached an impressive 30 percent in pre-sales under the skillful eye of Lea Anne Laughlin, Vice President of Residential Programs at HALL Group. Laughlin will continue working with HALL Arts’ exclusive sales. Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s, with its vast international network through Sotheby’s international contacts, will widen the sales net.

Don’t forget, there is a luxury hotel opening next door to the residences, too. Engineered for wellness, HALL is the first residential building in Texas to register for WELL Certification, a new system for designing buildings that positively impact the health and well-being of their users. The air in the building, both hotel and high rise homes, will be purified.

“We care about health tremendously,” says Craig Hall. “Hall Arts Residents is the first WELL-certified multifamily building in the state of Texas. Fresh, purified air is pumped into the building daily.”

“With the opening of the HALL Arts Hotel approaching later this fall, now is the ideal time for us to be bringing on the talented team at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty to carry forward the sell-through of HALL Arts Residences,” said Laughlin. “We look forward to welcoming homeowners to the building in just a few short months.”

Everything is coming full circle: Briggs-Freeman-Sotheby’s is moving to a new office at 3131 Turtle Creek Boulevard, giving agents closer proximity to HALL Arts Residences.

“What Craig Hall and his team have done with HALL Arts Residences is nothing short of incredible,” said Robbie Briggs, President and CEO of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. “The project’s commitment to quality, prime location in the Dallas Arts District and limited availability offer a rare opportunity to homeowners looking for an exclusive high-rise setting in Dallas. We love passion and vision when it comes to people and projects — so we are excited to begin this partnership with the HALL team and to help market these exquisite homes.”

I know of at least two high profile families who have been waiting for these residences to be complete, and have no doubt more will follow. And never forget the wine connection: Craig Hall owns a vineyard in St. Helena, producing world-famous HALL wines. The first agents to secure those first contracts for HALL Arts Residences were treated to a little Napa getaway. Cannot imagine what the NEXT trip will be like!Hall-Arts
