The flooring, the cabinetry, down to the tile in in the shower – everything comes together to create the most brilliant freaking backdrop for you furniture, art, everything. It’s a superior skill and one Zielke and the homeowners clearly excel at. There’s nothing fussy, pretentious, or superfluous in this house. Everything is intentional.
Out back there’s a massive pool that Barr de Quinones called “old school, resort-style, huge and deep-deep.” It’s surrounded by lush bamboo so you really feel like you’re lounging elsewhere. It’s the type of backyard where like it or not, your friends and family are going to flock. And that’s where Barr de Quinones’ other favorite feature comes in. The location. It’s right across from the elementary school so you have parking for days on nights and weekends.
