We’ve got like a 3-month supply on the market. It’s important to have a real estate agent since you may need to find a home before it’s listed for sale. That’s called off-market listings. A lot of times, people just test the waters. Make sure you find a reliable real estate agent. Look for a dedicated agent who is well-connected and works very hard for you. I suggest you interview at least five to start with.
You will find that we have a lot of great neighborhoods here. Our housing market is super affordable.
Now the average home price is inching closer to $200.000. I used to say it was $180,000. We’re getting more expensive, but we’re still super affordable when you compare us to other markets in the United States.
