The global pandemic has made it hard to network as a Realtor. Every week, Realtors in several areas throughout the North Texas region would attend MLS Meetings for breakfast or coffee and then tour nearby listings. The meetings were also a social hub — a way to connect friendly faces with names and share information you won’t find anywhere else.

Thankfully, momentum is building to bring back regular meetings, especially in the popular North Dallas/Park Cities area.

Kevin Caskey, a longtime Realtor and leader in the Dallas real estate community, is helping to organize the welcome return of these meetings.

“The ARM (Area Realtor Meetings), formerly known as MLS Meetings, are simply rebranded to focus more on networking among Realtors and educational benefits,” Caskey said. “Post-pandemic, we have had to regroup in regards to locations and details of specific meetings. Attendees can expect great networking, fantastic speakers, and of course awesome food from our host restaurant, José.”

One of the fantastic speakers for next week is none other than Daltxrealestate.com founder and publisher Candy Evans.

“We are so excited to have Candy speaking at our kickoff meeting at the new location at José, said Carol Stradtman, Area Realtor Meeting chair for the North Dallas/Park Cities group and vice president of business development at Independence Title’s Monticello office. “I am personally honored to be able to participate as the first affiliate member to serve as a chair for this meeting, and we are looking forward to record attendance and participation!”
