Ashley LaRocca recently joined the URBAN team at Allie Beth Allman & Associates.  LaRocca comes to the Urban team with over two decades of real estate experience in Dallas as well as stints in Los Angeles, Austin, and the Cayman Islands.  She began her career at the Coldwell Banker Park Cities office not long after graduating from Ole Miss.

“A number of those agents are now over at Allie Beth, so to me, coming over to Alle Beth feels a little bit like coming home,” she says.

Over the course of her career, she has filled many roles.  For a time, she worked in the architecture and development industry.  While working as the director of business development for Humphreys & Partners, she helped open that firm’s first office in Canada.

LaRocca and URBAN Team President Kyle Crews have crossed paths several times over the past few years. Both specialize in on-site luxury sales, and both have sold for the Ritz Carlton Residences.  His focus was on Dallas while hers was in Grand Cayman.

She says that it was important to choose a real estate team that shared her passion for not only on-site real estate but also for urban living.  LaRocca’s on-site real estate projects include The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, Bleu Ciel, the Azure, Farmers Market Townhomes, and Barton Place. She herself is a longtime Uptown resident and is actively involved with the Turtle Creek Associate and Uptown Dallas, inc. Joining the URBAN Team at Allie Beth seemed like a natural fit.

“Oftentimes with the market being as challenging as it is, having a good network of top agents and people that you can count is extremely important,” she says. “I think that’s what [Allie Beth Allman] does really well — networking and having the network of agents and relationships where you can find out about properties and where there are opportunities”
