The Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area is adding about 360 new residents a day, which is putting some serious pressure on the real estate market. The North Texas area added more than 131,000 people last year, and if traffic in East Dallas is any indication, at least half of them moved there. The other half are still on the North Dallas Tollway, having decided to live out of their car because hey, they can’t find a home and there’s plenty of room to park.

We’re looking for couples in their 30s and 40s who are picking up their lives and relocating quickly, for any reason: new job, family, etc., and have only one weekend to find a house to buy in the new location. They are accompanied by their real estate agent who walks them through homes, hopefully showing them the perfect home in that one weekend.
OUR HOUSE HUNTING COUPLES SHOULD BE:

* outgoing, charismatic, funny, attractive
* moving to a new city/town any minute – and feeling the pressure!
* looking for a house to buy in that town/city in the next month or two
* able to devote 4 days to filming
