Every once in a while, a listing comes along that sparks interest across the real estate realm. Sometimes these homes generate buzz for their location, or are greatly admired for their aesthetics. The Bluffview neighborhood often features the best of both worlds and we have a perfect example to prove it.

For this week’s Inwood Home of the Week sponsored by Inwood National Bank, we are incredibly excited to showcase a captivating home that has influencer agents talking. From TikTok, “If I had $4 million dollars to spend on a home in Dallas, this would be my first choice.”

Mary Monkhouse and Blake Griffin with Compass RE Texas list 4435 Taos Road for $3.99 million. This exquisite four-bedroom, five-bathroom, 4,294-square-foot home simply has to be explored.

“They’ve completely renovated this home,” said Monkhouse. “Around every corner awaits incredible touches that exceed expectations and truly set the bar for sophisticated design. Husband and wife team Blythe and Jacob Poe are the owners of this home. Blythe is an interior designer and Jacob is a builder and contractor. Together they brought this incredible vision to life, and absolutely knocked it out of the park.”

From the outside, the transitional exterior is an absolute vision. Handsome stonework and a meticulously manicured front lawn set the stage for what’s inside.

Upon walking in, it’s immediately apparent just how much intention went into the design. From the herringbone hardwood flooring to the fixtures, the aesthetics assume a taste that could only come from a seasoned specialist. Also, an abundance of natural elements gives this home a breath of fresh air.

“We try to stay true to the nature of the home,” said Blythe. “When renovating this one, my husband and I wanted to highlight natural tones to give it a welcoming and relaxing vibe. Since we have kids, we certainly want to make this space feel comfortable and livable.”

At over 4,000 square feet, this home has tons of space to explore. The main living area anchors an abundant layout and serves as the absolute centerpiece of this home. Expansive windows and endless ceilings give this space such a grandiose feel.

An awe-inspiring office space adds that extra element of impressiveness. It’s actually big enough to be a whole separate sitting room of its own.

Then, multiple dining areas and an open layout make this home perfect for entertaining.

Then, the chef’s kitchen was imagined for culinary excellence. With custom cabinetry, Wolf appliances, and a built-in refrigerator, this space is as fashionable as it is functional. Also, a beautiful marble backsplash and a large peninsula bar create a breathtaking ambiance.

The primary suite is a serene escape with oversized windows and inspiring pool views. High ceilings make this room feel open and spacious.

Then, the ensuite bath elegantly blends elements of marble with immaculate tilework to create a true spa escape. With a dry sauna, steam shower, and soaking tub, relaxation is just one room away.

The other rooms in this home are just as incredible, each one a testament to the talent of their designer.

Finally, the backyard presents a perfect escape. A palatial poolside oasis awaits as soon as you step outside. It’s all expertly lit with whole-property illumination. It’s literally a glowing example of the greatness in Bluffview.
