Location is everything, and it doesn’t get a lot more convenient than The Venue at 8651. Just south of Interstate 30 in the Meadowbrook area, living here means you can to get to either Arlington or Downtown Fort Worth in just a matter of minutes. Recently renovated apartments have all the features you want, like hardwood floors and in-unit washer and dryer hookups. There’s more than one park in the neighborhood for you to enjoy, too. The nearby Sandy Lane Park just got a $1.3 million facelift in 2016, with new playground equipment, tennis courts and basketball courts. The Quanah Parker park has long trails for hiking and biking.
