Million Dollar Listing Wishes They Had This Bleu Ciel Condo!

Ok, I’ll admit that I’m very late to the Bravo “Million Dollar Listing” party. But after meeting superstar Realtor Fredrik Eklund a couple of weeks ago at a party in Austin where Eklund | Gomes kicked off their Texas presence, I’m hooked on sky-high condos! And I can see Frederik and Ryan Serhant fighting over this Bleu Ciel Condo like Kong and Godzilla if it were for sale, but it’s not. It’s for rent!

It may be a loss to “Million Dollar Listing,” but this condo is perfect for our relocating crowd or those folks awaiting a new build. Condo 602 is located in the fabulous Bleu Ciel, a 33-story high-rise in the heart of the hotter than hot Harwood District.

Designed by Parisian Jean-Michel Wilmotte, the building is known for its enormous terraces, resort-like community, and curated garden environments designed by Sadafumi Uchiyama. Uchiyama is a third-generation gardener and the Chief Curator and Director of the International Japanese Garden Training Center at the Portland Japanese Garden.

Watching “Million Dollar Listing” clued me in to amenity-driven lifestyles and Bleu Ciel has it all. The building is pet-friendly, has a fitness center, a wine room, a lounge, a library, a world-class spa, and not only one but two junior Olympic pools with water features. The Katy Trail is steps away for runners, bikers, and dog walkers.

Condo 602 at Bleu Ciel has 2,817 square feet with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a powder bath, and breathtaking views from an additional 1,300 square feet of terraces. I told you they were big! And there’s a gas fireplace outside!

Although I’m in love with the closet space, the terraces are swoon-worthy. Outdoor living is a thing in Texas, so don’t even talk to me about the heat. We will have cocktails on our terraces regardless of the temperature every single day in Dallas.

You know Fredrik and Ryan would be undermining each other to get this listing on the market, so nab it before they hear about it and convince the owners to sell instead of rent!

Dave Perry-Miller In Town’s Joseph Gullotto has 3130 Harwood Street Condo 602 listed for a mere $25,000 per month. Move in, and as Serhart says, ”Wake up early and chase your dreams!”

Fred and Ryan, if you are reading, and we know you are, there are also a few fabulous Bleu Ciel condos for sale with those enormous terraces! Let’s see who gets there first!
