The business relationship between Park Royal Custom Homes and Dallas-based brokerage Allie Beth Allman & Associates is gaining traction and making headlines.

Leobardo Treviño founded Park Royal Homes in 2020 after founding the Ricchi Group in 2009.

It has grown impressively expanding into other markets. Today, the company, which is based in Dallas, controls 2 million square feet of office space under Treviño’s leadership.

While he began in residential real estate, Treviño expanded into commercial. But he couldn’t leave his roots behind, nor his firm’s unique discipline and passionate dedication to transforming dated properties into luxurious, functional, and distinctive assets.

A Conservationist of Sorts

Treviño’s work as a building conservationist of sorts is well considered. He has a rare vision and knows the importance of preserving character that’s been lost due to years of neglect.

The Park Royal Custom Homes CEO understands the high cost of new construction, as opposed to refreshing and transforming existing homes “with a soul and good bones” he believes are worth saving.

As Treviño told Daltxrealestate.com:

“There are so many great homes that have been around 30 or 40 years. I started Park Royal Custom Homes to renovate these estate homes and preserve them,” he said. “I think it’s sacrilege to demolish them and build big white boxes.”

The company owns and develops impressive Dallas commercial properties. His past projects include the LTV Tower; the original Mary Kay HQ building; and the Dallas Public Library, designed by legendary architect George Dahl (Fair Park, Cotton Bowl, Dallas Morning News).

The Statler Hilton is a brilliant example of Treviño’s preservation philosophy. It opened to a glamorous fanfare downtown in the 1950s. But sat in cold storage for years until the Ricchi group acquired the property to save it from demolition. He later sold it to Centurion American, which redeveloped it.

“The Statler Hotel is the perfect example of why Dallas needs to preserve its own history,” Treviño said. “You can build a bigger hotel, but you will never replace The Statler’s history.”

‘The Art of Renovation’

“Park Royal Custom Homes uses the phrase, ‘The art of renovation,’ which makes sense,” said Raul Ruiz, an Allie Beth Allman agent working with Treviño. “Transformation is the heartbeat of their talents.”

Ruiz is currently presenting a home remodeled by Park Royal Custom Homes in Lobello Estates at 5610 Ursula Lane. With vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and sophisticated tone, the house in prestigious Old Preston Hollow is another example of the company’s work.

Treviño’s is passionate about the entire renovation process and as a contemporary pioneer with a talent for breathing fresh air into luxurious estate homes and large commercial projects.

He cares deeply about “preserving character,” polishing living spaces, and bringing them back to life.
