Find Out Why Staging is Essential at The Park Cities/ North Dallas Realtor Meeting on Tuesday

Staging
George Bass Stage & Design staged the former Kips Bay Decorator Show House.

What is staging? Why should you stage? When should you stage? How can you get your seller to pay for staging? Will it really help your sellers move their house quickly?

You’ll get the answers to these questions and a lot more on Tuesday at the North Dallas/ Park Cities Realtor meeting. If you are a new Realtor, MetroTex hosts free meetings throughout Dallas each month to help Realtors connect, learn from industry partners, and keep up with the latest trends. This is one you don’t want to miss.

There has never been anything more important in a Realtor’s tool kit than a relationship with a professional staging company. They are the make-or-break service that makes your seller’s property look like a million bucks, and it’s what gets a property sold!

This panel of stagers have all been in business for decades, own warehouses of inventory, and bring a massive amount of value to every home they stage. This is a rare opportunity to be in a room with three seasoned staging professionals at one time.

George Bass was born in California, spent time in Texas and Mexico, and was educated in Switzerland before moving to Dallas two decades ago. From 1998 to 2007, George worked as an interior designer, gaining a reputation for creativity and results. In 2007, he was approached with the opportunity to stage a home. He quickly realized the exciting potential of this niche of the real estate market and has been staging homes ever since GeorgeBass Stage & Design also offers staging and turnkey concierge living services, providing a beautiful move-in ready environment that includes everything from furniture to kitchenware, linens, and accessories.

Nina George grew up in Honey Grove, Texas. She has won so many industry awards we’ve lost track. Nina worked extensively in space planning and interior design before launching her staging company in 2010. Her company’s staged homes typically receive multiple offers, over-list, and offers within 24 hours.

“I always tell Realtors to allow us to be their advocate. Trust that we know what we are doing and encourage your sellers to trust us.”

Nikki Watson grew up in Dallas and began her career in the real estate world as a flooring sales representative. After ten years of building relationships with Realtors and investors, she established The Design Quad, offering not only staging but also interior design, home staging education, and, true to her roots, flooring. She also dove into new construction, building her first project in 2020, then franchised a new branch of the staging business out to her sister and best friend in Atlanta last year. And yes, that’s Nikki you’ve seen on HGTVs Flip to a Million and Buy It or Build It and Zombie House Flipping on A&E.

“With interest higher, we’ve seen staging become even more important,” Nikki said. ” You need good advice, not necessarily what you want to hear. We are your marketing team, and we need to be the first call because every time you list a home, it needs to be perfect.”

Staging has never been more essential in any price range because buyer expectations have never been higher. This is a terrific opportunity to learn from the best

The Park Cities/North Dallas Area Realtor Meeting is Tuesday, November 14th, at Jose, 4931 W. Lovers Lane. The doors open at 8:30 a.m., and the presentation begins at 9:00 a.m.
