What location or area do you primarily build in? What about the location makes it especially attractive?

We build throughout the DFW metroplex. However, many of our homes are located in the cities surrounding Lake Lewisville – Frisco, Little Elm, Oak Point, Corinth and Flower Mound. The location of these homes is attractive for people who want a custom home with some land, but are still able to have amenities and shopping close by. With access to the Dallas North Tollway, 35 and 380 clients are able to easily commute to work.

What’s your go-to architectural style? Traditional? Contemporary? Old World? Modern?

Our go-to style is a classic, timeless design. We work with our clients to incorporate their specific aesthetic, but we try to focus on an end product that our clients will love for years to come.

How does your company provide value to your clients?

We provide value through our design process and hands-on approach to building. We work with our clients to design every aspect of the home. We truly listen to our clients, incorporating their style and budget into the home design. Another value we add is through technology and communication. We use software that keeps our clients up to date in real-time with what is happening during the construction process. Through pictures, calendars, and messaging we are able to provide a custom experience tailored to our clients’ wants and needs. Our desire is to have the experience be as enjoyable as the end product.

Considering the competition, how does your brand distinguish itself?

We specialize in the client experience. We are an advocate for our homeowners throughout the entire process and remain focused on their selections and budget without sacrificing quality. We truly want to build your dream home to fit your family and lifestyle.

What does being a member of the Dallas Builders Association do for you and your business?

Being a member of the DBA gives us a supporter in the community. We enjoy being a part of something bigger than ourselves. The Dallas Builders Association provides opportunities for conversations between competitors and colleagues to collaborate and make the home building industry the best it can be in the Dallas area.

What is the biggest challenge you face in the current market? What are you doing to overcome it?

Our biggest challenge is the labor shortage. To overcome this we make sure our homes are ready for the trades when we say they will be. We have all the materials they will need and stay in constant contact regarding the schedule. We are loyal and are respectful to their time and try to be a builder they would want to work with.
