There’s a lot to be said for living downtown — especially in a property like the Museum Tower. Views for days, the convenience of being right in the middle of everything, and incredible amenities have made the tower one of the premier places to nest in Dallas.
So when we saw a unit available to lease, and on such a great perch as the 36th floor, we decided it was this week’s Luxury Lease, hands down.
This three-bedroom, three full-bath home has 3,006 square feet of living space right smack in the city’s arts district. It has marble and hardwood floors, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and an outdoor terrace that showcases those incredible views.
And whoever leases this space will also enjoy all the perks of living in the building, too, including round-the-clock valet service, an 80-foot pool, and fitness center. Parking and storage space also come with the unit.
We’ve talked about the Museum Tower before — a lot. In fact, Candy hosted a party there in 2016.
The 42-story luxury tower is now about seven years old. Museum Tower is the 15th-tallest structure in Dallas, tied with the Reunion Tower and Cityplace Center. It’s currently 90 percent sold, according to the Museum Tower‘s website.
In 2017, Candy wrote about the community feeling of the high-rise. “Museum Tower has organically grown a strong community within those oval-shaped glass walls,” she wrote. “Standard is the weekly social hour on Thursday night for residents — it hasn’t stopped, continues to grow. Never know who’ll you see there. But in addition, the homeowners are hosting private philanthropical events and inviting each other. In fact, they recruit each other.”
