It’s been about 2 years since we broke down the Private School Corridor so we’re due. If you already know this part, skip ahead. I’m not mad at ya.
The Private School Corridor is a little section of North Dallas where just about every private school is a measly ten minutes away – Greenhill, Hockaday, Ursuline, Jesuit, St. Mark’s, Good Shepherd, Mesorah School for Girls, Akiba Yavneh and The Episcopal School of Dallas. It’s highly desirable for parents that want to send their kids to private school.
It’s also a highly desirable location for anyone that wants a really convenient commute to Downtown Dallas. Or maybe you’re team North Haven Gardens. That’s nearby, too. As well as Preston Royal Shopping Center and Preston Forest, too. And there’s a Beck’s Prime DRIVE THRU over there, too, where you can get burgers, sandwiches and STEAKS GRILLED TO ORDER OVER MESQUITE COALS. A drive-thru steak place. Is that the most Texas thing you’ve ever heard?!
But on with the show. This house is located in the Private School Corridor and also near everything mentioned above. And a few things I haven’t even mentioned yet – The Northaven Trail and Town North YMCA. It’s very family friendly and Dave Perry-Miller’s Michele Balady Beach said the neighborhood is extremely walkable, too.
There’s also a lot to love about the four-bedroom home at 4324 Twin Post Road, not the least of which is all that fantastic, open, gloriously laid out SPACE. At 3,162 square feet, there’s lots of room, y’all and since that’s the number one reason people move – more space – this house checks so many boxes.

I, personally, can’t get over the size of the kitchen, the size of the primary bathroom, those gorgeous maple floors, or the fact that there are three separate living areas.
