When I was just a budding, bow-tie-wearing, non-gray-haired sales professional, my sales coach would tell me the secret of success was easy as, “Five-by-five-by-five.” What does that mean and what does that have to do with an incredible estate home on one of Fort Worth’s most desired streets?
